Is sanding and refinishing dusty? 

Nope! We are fully invested in the top-of-the-line dust containment systems that are attached to everything we use. The dust created will never see the air inside your home!

How is my floor finished? 

In most cases, we will apply 1 coat of Loba stain, the only stain on the market with GUARANTEED adhesion properties for water-based top coats (your choice of color) and 3 coats of high-quality water-based finish (Also made by Loba). 

We can also use oil-based products, hard wax oil finishes, or different brand water-based finishes if you prefer. 

Do you offer a more durable finish? 

Yes, we offer 2 component polyurethane finish for maximum durability, and hard wax oils also fall into this category  

When will I receive my quote? 

More often than not, we are able to have a quote prepared before the estimate appointment is finished! Sometimes special pricing needs to be inquired and that could take a day or so, depending on the situation. 

Is a deposit required? 

We do require a 20% deposit for most projects. Installation project deposits will reflect the total cost of all materials or 20% which ever is greater. 

Is there any warranty? 

When we install any floor covering or wood floor finish system we always follow the manufacturers guidelines as well as the NWFA's guidelines. This ensures you receive the full product warranty from the manufacturer.
